Privacy notice / effective 22 July 2026
How website enquiries are handled.
This notice explains how FROMPTA uses information submitted through the website, including the limited Free AI Process Audit round.
Controller and contact
The controller is Paweł Ciechanowicz, operating FROMPTA, Zacisze 14, 80-313 Gdansk, Poland Contact: hello@frompta.com.
Information we collect
For an audit request we collect your name, work email, company, company website, description of one process, desired outcome, case-study openness, consent confirmation, source page and campaign parameters. We also receive limited IP-address and browser information needed to protect and operate the form.
Why we use it
We use the information to review the process, decide whether it fits the five-audit round, prepare and deliver the requested audit, answer related questions and protect the form from abuse. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before providing the audit and FROMPTA's legitimate interests in operating a secure, accountable service. A case study is never published on this basis: publication requires separate, explicit approval after you receive the audit.
Services and recipients
Vercel hosts the website and provides cookie-free pageview analytics. Resend delivers the application and confirmation emails. If a private webhook is enabled, the same application may also be stored in a restricted spreadsheet, CRM or automation service used by FROMPTA. Access is limited to the controller and service providers needed to operate the workflow.
What not to submit
Do not paste customer records, passwords, confidential documents or special-category personal data into the form. Describe the shape of the process and anonymise examples wherever possible.
Retention
Submissions that do not qualify for the round are deleted within 30 days of the fit decision. Qualified submissions, delivered audits and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months after delivery. A minimal opt-out record may be kept for as long as necessary to avoid contacting you again. Records required to establish or defend legal claims may be retained for the applicable limitation period.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Any later case-study consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@frompta.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, FROMPTA relies on the transfer mechanisms and safeguards made available by the relevant provider and applicable law.
